Provides front-office reception and administrative support, including phone handling, guest relations, courier management, travel bookings, office maintenance, housekeeping oversight, stationery inventory, petty cash, billing, attendance and leave records, candidate database maintenance, and customer appointment coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and computer skills in a fast-paced office environment.

Leads CRM and loyalty strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, personalization, direct marketing, and cross-channel program execution. The role coordinates with sales, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and senior management; prepares business cases and monthly performance reports; and drives portfolio improvements, customer strategies, and team development across fuel retail markets.

Leads internal and external communications, public relations, media relations, investor outreach, social media, corporate reputation management, executive messaging, and communications projects. Develops communication plans and budgets, manages media inquiries and events, creates written content, monitors industry news, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives. Partners with senior leadership, supports branding and marketing objectives, manages crisis communications, and builds relationships with investors, analysts, journalists, regulators, customers, and other stakeholders.

Manages end-to-end outbound logistics operations, including distributor inventory monitoring, freight and depot coordination, vendor and carrier management, shipment tracking, statutory documentation, and compliance with storage and transportation regulations. The role coordinates with logistics providers, transporters, clearing agents, government departments, and internal teams to prevent supply-chain bottlenecks, control costs, ensure timely deliveries, and avoid distributor stockouts. Experience in biofuel or edible oil supply chains is preferred.
