Manage credit documentation and related controls for corporate clients: ensure documents reflect credit conditions, liaise with Credit/BU/Legal/vendors, track monitoring conditions, maintain custody and verification of security papers, drive process improvements, and supervise a small team.

Drive acquisition of New-to-Bank SME clients to grow liabilities (operating accounts, term deposits, transaction banking). Prospect via cold calling, networks and partners; originate CMS/Trade/FX; meet sales targets; deliver high-quality onboarding and service; maintain regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) and strong partner relationships.

Act as trusted HR advisor to assigned business: drive employee engagement, performance management, talent management, compensation processes, grievance resolution, HR metrics analysis, and partner with CoEs to implement HR solutions and change initiatives.

Manage and execute treasury operations for interbank and money market transactions, perform related regulatory reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve processes, and support team members to ensure accurate, efficient operations.

Shift work (24/7) may be required.

Build and deploy end-to-end ML models and analytics on big data platforms (Spark/Hadoop). Drive portfolio insights, A/B testing, feature engineering, stakeholder engagement, and model monitoring to improve customer experience and business targets.

Acquire and grow a diversified SME portfolio (IBG4), source new-to-bank asset relationships, cross-sell cash, trade, treasury and fee products, achieve revenue targets, monitor portfolio health and delinquencies, ensure KYC/AML and credit policy compliance, liaison with risk and operations, and build local market presence.

Lead AML/CFT/KYC/Sanctions advisory and transaction surveillance for the bank in India. Develop and implement policies, controls and technology; manage regulatory interactions (RBI, FIU), drive enterprise-wide risk assessments, reduce false positives, and build a high-performing team as alternate Principal Officer reporting to Head Financial Crime Compliance.

Provide credit support and risk assessment for SME lending in Western region, review and approve proposals, monitor portfolio delinquency, ensure compliance with RBI and bank credit policies, and liaise with relationship teams and regulators.
