Manage and execute treasury operations for interbank and money market transactions, perform related regulatory reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve processes, and support team members to ensure accurate, efficient operations.

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
- To manage all the operational activities, responsible for ensuring smooth & efficient execution of treasury transactions
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Process interbank and money market transactions, including detailed knowledge of CSA, LCH, and STM products.
- Perform regulatory reporting tasks related to the money market and interbank desk
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
Required Education
- Minimum Graduate
Required Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of interbank and money market transactions, including knowledge of CSA, LCH, and STM products
- Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create presentations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
