Onboard and manage consumer electronics brands for Paytm’s EMI and affordability solutions. Lead QR & Sound Box distribution and market share growth in assigned area. Recruit, coach and manage 5-10 ASMs and 200+ indirect staff, deploy and audit sales, set territory plans and targets, ensure quality and hit quota-driven sales goals.
