Support product design and solutioning for UPI cross-border payment initiatives. Coordinate technology, internal engineering, operations, and project delivery teams; track tasks, SLAs, and API performance; provide project updates; participate in Scrum ceremonies; and monitor market trends to improve core payment products.

Supports entity-level FP&A, including annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost allocation, variance analysis, and management reporting. Owns monthly P&L accuracy, facilitates budget movements and transaction clearances, and partners with stakeholders on financial decisions. The role also drives process improvements, reporting automation, dashboard development, ERP reporting, and AI-enabled forecasting and financial commentary.

Lead international payment solution deployments for RuPay International, focusing on card issuing, acceptance, cross-border payment flows, FX, settlement, reconciliation, and API integrations. Engage issuers, processors, networks, central banks, and fintech partners; define architectures, implementation plans, testing strategies, and documentation. Coordinate product, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to manage dependencies and deliver market launches. Support new corridor expansion, partner onboarding, regulatory compliance, UAT, certification, and go-live execution.

Own end-to-end relationships with issuing banks for NPCI digital payment products, especially RuPay Credit Cards. Drive portfolio growth, revenue, profitability, product adoption, GTM execution, analytics, and partner governance. Lead launches, campaigns, regulatory alignment, risk mitigation, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives while using data and AI tools for forecasting, segmentation, automation, and reporting.

Manage end-to-end relationships with NBBL TSP partners as the primary contact. Lead onboarding, integrations, and operational improvements; identify business opportunities; collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to resolve issues; monitor partner KPIs; present insights; and ensure compliance with NBBL and RBI guidelines.

Owns end-to-end NACH product development, including requirements gathering, product conceptualization, agile delivery, roadmap communication, process governance, UAT, automation, go-live, commercialization, and continuous improvement. The role manages onboarding for banks, corporates, and government departments; oversees stakeholder relationships, KPIs, policies, steering committees, and project delivery.
