Lead commercial cards product strategy, portfolio growth, product development, ERP and travel ecosystem integrations, P&L management, partner collaboration, and payment innovation. Drive adoption of purchase, corporate, and travel cards, including virtual cards, automated expense workflows, tokenization, embedded finance, and AI-enabled solutions. Develop end-to-end AI systems for fraud detection, AML, anomaly detection, transaction intelligence, graph analytics, and conversational AI. Responsibilities include feature engineering, ML and deep learning model development, LLM and agentic applications, GPU optimization, scalable batch and real-time deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and collaboration with technical, academic, and business stakeholders.

Develop and deploy machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, and LLM solutions for financial and payment data. Build fraud detection, anomaly identification, NLP, conversational AI, complaint analysis, and RAG applications. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to productionize models, evaluate performance, improve scalability, and meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise Java and J2EE solutions. Lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, apply design patterns, and integrate AI-assisted development tools. Build Spring and Hibernate applications using REST, SQL, NoSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Cassandra. Apply TDD, document solutions clearly, and collaborate with technical and business leaders to deliver robust software.

Leads project management and day-to-day UPI and RuPay business operations, including payment clearing and settlement, transaction monitoring, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, and process optimization. Manages and develops the operations team, coordinates UAT and production rollouts, oversees service-level performance, drives decline-reduction initiatives, and supports strategic projects focused on scalability, customer experience, partner performance, and risk reduction.

Lead portfolio and product analytics for NPCI payment products, turning customer, merchant, and transaction data into actions that improve growth, retention, and profitability. Build governed data assets, dashboards, segmentation frameworks, propensity and attrition models, pricing analyses, offer experiments, and benefit-monitoring capabilities.
