Own post-sale relationships for enterprise retail accounts, including onboarding, adoption, operational and business reviews, escalations, renewals, and expansion. Translate client needs into product and engineering requirements, drive issues to resolution, build data-led adoption reporting, and use AI for analysis, automation, and client materials. Travel to client sites across the region for go-lives, reviews, and relationship building.

Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve issues, deliver product training, communicate requirements internally, and coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and delivery teams. Track KPIs, prepare reports and forecasts, provide consultative solutions, maintain best practices, and advocate for customer needs throughout the lifecycle.

Leads day-to-day e-commerce operations across stores, logistics, customer support, and technology teams. Manages operations staff, monitors SLAs and performance metrics, resolves escalations, improves processes, develops SOPs, and coordinates technology enhancements. Ensures service quality and customer experience while driving automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Provide technical product support by monitoring applications, diagnosing production issues, analyzing logs, resolving customer escalations, and meeting SLAs. Document troubleshooting in an AI-searchable knowledge base, perform code fixes and health checks, automate reporting and maintenance, and develop monitoring and anomaly detection. Partner with developers, product, and business teams to improve products, implement AI-assisted support workflows, and train customers during onboarding and ongoing use.

Own revenue targets and the full B2B sales cycle for Fynd’s commerce platform, from lead generation through closure. Conduct consultative discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, address technical objections, negotiate deals, and build qualified pipelines. Advise brands, retailers, and enterprise clients while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and customer success teams to improve positioning, adoption, retention, and expansion revenue.

Own the Fynd Out with Ragini podcast end to end, including research, episode ideation, scripting, guest coordination, recording and editing coordination, publishing, quality review, and performance analysis. Develop engaging audio content, manage multiple episodes and publishing timelines, track audience metrics, and use insights to improve hooks, formats, and content strategy. The role requires strong English communication, research, fact-checking, analytical thinking, curiosity, and independent ownership.
