Lead and mentor software engineers delivering complex ServiceNow professional services projects. Gather integration requirements, configure ITOM applications, develop customizations and scripts, build REST/SOAP and automated integrations, create service maps, validate impact and event management rules, support testing and deployments, resolve production incidents, and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Plan, design, and execute test plans and scripts for ServiceNow (ITOM/CSM) implementations. Identify and triage defects, run functional and non-functional tests, use automation (ATF), analyze test data, draft QA policies, ensure compliance, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
