Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Pega and Java/Spring Boot. Build backend services, APIs and integrations, drive CI/CD and DevSecOps, troubleshoot production issues, improve performance and mentor engineers.

Design and develop scalable microservice solutions, produce high-level architecture, lead distributed team development and quality control, manage releases and deployments, troubleshoot environments, and prepare deployment/configuration scripts while ensuring security, testing, and monitoring practices.

Lead technical validation of credit risk and AI models across the model lifecycle, design and execute validation plans, engage stakeholders, drive validation process improvements, mentor team members, and ensure regulatory compliance with Basel and APRA standards.

Design, build, and operate scalable full-stack, AI-powered agent systems using Python backends and TypeScript frontends.
