Hybrid role combining Infrastructure Solution Architect for pre-sales (RFI/RFP/proposals) and Offshore Account Manager. Build, estimate, and present infrastructure RUN solutions across digital workplace, end-user computing, hybrid cloud. Lead pre-sales solution architect for Infrastructure Services delivering digital workplace, hybrid cloud, service management and DevOps solutions. Create and respond to RFIs/RFPs and proposals, prepare pricing, transition plans and SOWs, build presentations and documentation, and take end-to-end ownership of technical solution design and client engagements. Certifications such as ITIL v4 and Azure/AWS are advantageous.

Lead and govern service delivery programs, align offshore and onsite teams, drive continuous improvement and cost optimization, manage client relationships and contract renewals, oversee service performance and quality maturity, own P&L with account management, and enable team upskilling and growth.

Design and implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Python. Build, manage, and optimize Azure SQL, Synapse, Cosmos DB, ADLS and Blob storage. Ensure HA/DR, security (RBAC, encryption, private endpoints), performance tuning, cost optimization, monitoring, and integrate with Oracle/SQL Server and BI/AI workloads to support analytics and ML.

Design and implement Appian BPM solutions including process design, SAIL UI development, expression rules, integrations (web/SOAP/REST), plugins, CI/CD deployments, debugging, test plans, and database interactions. Ensure role-based access and follow Appian best practices.

Lead data engineering work: design, build, and troubleshoot ETL/data pipelines using Python and Airflow. Implement CI/CD and version control, optimize SQL in data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), apply DBT tests and automated testing, generate code via templates, and manage AWS data infrastructure (S3, ECS, IAM). Client-facing, hands-on individual contributor role.
