Support Global Controllership by automating payroll and accounting reports, coordinating with regional teams, performing GL reconciliations, supporting month/quarter/year-end close, preparing journal entries and accruals, producing financial statements and variance commentary, handling Sage Intacct inquiries, and executing ad hoc global finance projects.

Manage US payroll validations and benefit feed audits (Health & Welfare, 401K, Deferred Comp, HSA). Reconcile payroll reports, perform pre/post payroll validations, respond to employee inquiries via ServiceNow, support payroll year-end and testing, and participate in process improvement projects to ensure timely, accurate pay.

Support Korea financial operations from Tokyo: manage AP/AR, month-end close, bank reconciliations, payroll/tax liaison, revenue/project accounting, financial reporting, cashflow forecasting, and compliance with Korean regulations and Group policies.
