Support Private Bank operating model and process excellence initiatives by analyzing data, identifying automation and AI opportunities, developing business cases, and delivering workflow, reporting, and decision-support solutions. The role coordinates business, operations, technology, and COO stakeholders; manages requirements, governance, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement while using analytics to reduce risk, improve productivity, and enhance client outcomes.

Plan and execute risk-based control testing across Private Bank operations and compliance controls. Assess control design and operating effectiveness, communicate findings, agree remediation actions, produce reports, and track issues to completion. Collaborate with business, risk, controls, and audit stakeholders on coordinated and cross-jurisdictional reviews. Apply data analytics and approved AI tools to improve testing coverage, efficiency, and insight while exercising professional judgment.

Supports Deutsche Bank’s Private Bank Business Risk and Controls team by reviewing and challenging controls, maintaining control inventories, managing control changes, supporting risk assessments and certifications, linking findings to controls, and contributing to global projects. The role partners with business stakeholders, risk specialists, and control teams to strengthen non-financial risk frameworks, improve control effectiveness, and promote a strong controls culture.

Supports the Private Bank India Centre’s strategy and business management activities, including executive presentations, strategy planning, strategic and people initiatives, financial and headcount tracking, management reporting, leadership meeting coordination, training coordination, control-framework documentation, and ad hoc projects. The role requires strong PowerPoint, spreadsheet, analytical, communication, organizational, and business storytelling skills, along with banking and wealth management knowledge and responsible use of AI tools.
