Validate remediation and closure of audit- and regulatory-identified issues by testing control design and operating effectiveness, documenting results, challenging management where necessary, communicating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements while adopting audit tools (including data analytics).

Ensure SLAs, run entitlement reviews and audits, drive global entitlements strategy and initiatives, produce reporting/metrics, troubleshoot trade flow issues, maintain documentation, and represent ISG in firmwide working groups to mitigate data leakage and control risks.

Analyze and calculate free float for global equities by reviewing filings, exchange disclosures, shareholder data and vendor feeds. Assess impacts on shares outstanding, investable market cap and index weights, monitor corporate actions, support client/internal queries, and produce written analysis explaining methodology and market impact.

Lead quality assurance for the Third Party Risk Management program by strengthening processes, controls and SLAs; maintain policies and regulatory alignment; improve throughput and supervisory reviews; design training and continuous improvement; and coordinate with global stakeholders and the India site lead.

Lead technical strategy and delivery for a unified Core Operations Platform supporting account onboarding, reconciliation, reporting and client servicing. Drive architecture, engineering best practices, AI/automation use cases, stakeholder partnerships, governance, and build a high-performing team to modernize operational workflows and data systems.
