Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for Kroll’s Financial Advisory services across North America. Advise clients on simplifying corporate structures and managing entity closures. Support a UK-based compliance consulting team managing client portfolios: draft/update compliance manuals, set up compliance infrastructure, perform monitoring and testing, write reports, manage regulatory calendars, draft/review FCA/SEC filings and notifications, provide regulatory advice, review financial promotions/marketing materials, and manage compliance processes using internal or third-party systems.

Lead compliance and regulatory engagements for financial services clients, identifying risks and control failings, managing client relationships and project delivery, producing reports and training, supporting remediation, performing data analysis and visualization, contributing to business development, and mentoring junior staff.

Assist in delivering Fund Solutions and Restructuring services, participate in advisory and asset management projects, support complex fund liquidations, and coordinate with global teams.
