Partner with investment, operations, and finance teams to translate business needs into BI dashboards, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled analytics using Power BI and SQL. Identify reporting gaps, capture requirements, and support adoption of AI-driven insights while liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Build and maintain data pipelines, web harvesting, and analytics tools to support investment research and risk workflows. Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, collaborate with engineers and AI leads, and deliver production-grade data assets, dashboards, and AI-assisted research capabilities.

Design, develop, and maintain highly available, concurrent, fault-tolerant components of BlackRock's Aladdin trading platform. Collaborate with product and global teams to define roadmaps, apply quality engineering practices (TDD, code reviews, testing, DevOps), leverage AI for code/test automation, and lead projects using Agile methodologies while mentoring and driving inclusive team culture.

Lead product strategy and execution for the Enterprise Data Platform's Unstructured Data domain. Define roadmap, manage end-to-end product lifecycle, partner with engineering and UX, drive adoption and go-to-market, measure performance with KPIs, and mentor product managers in a scaled agile, global environment.

Support coordination, execution and quality of financial and regulatory reporting for HPS funds. Manage annual audits, partner with accounting, finance, legal, tax and third-party administrators, maintain controls, improve reporting processes, and support strategic projects to ensure accurate, timely quarterly and annual fund reporting.

Perform monthly and quarterly fund closings, NAV and GAAP financial statement preparation and review, reconcile books with administrators, prepare partner capital statements, capital calls and distributions, expense accruals, investor reporting and ad hoc analyses, and support fund setup and operations.

Maintain and create asset and reference data across multiple asset classes, reconcile vendor data feeds with internal systems, analyze credit agreements, resolve attribute discrepancies, and collaborate daily with vendors, risk, technology, and front office to ensure accurate data in downstream systems.
