Support Business Change Management by raising and tracking internal system requests (ServiceNow, IBID, Ariba), maintaining onboarding/offboarding process documentation, executing control/validation tasks, and running projects to improve controls, scope, efficiency and productivity. Requires adherence to SOPs, attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work under pressure. Training provided.

Perform controls testing and evaluate control environments for SOX and regulatory alignment. Execute test plans, document processes and evidence, identify gaps, validate issues, drive remediation with control owners, and improve testing methodologies and metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational risk management across Asset & Wealth Management processes.

Assess and manage credit risk for non-recourse project finance transactions across APAC. Conduct due diligence, build financial models, prepare credit memoranda, recommend protective structures, support transaction execution and portfolio management, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Lead and execute UAT for business-critical risk initiatives: translate requirements into testable scenarios, create and run UAT plans, document results and defects, reconcile outcomes across test cycles, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process and tooling improvements including automation and AI-assisted testing to improve efficiency and quality.
