Prepare and review UK and US GAAP regulatory reports and submissions for UK-regulated JP Morgan entities; reconcile and investigate variances; support regulatory projects, trade flow reviews, UAT, and finance technology transformation; assist Legal Entity Controllers and business lines with performance reporting and regulatory queries while driving process improvements and fostering team collaboration.

Support internal and corporate communications by writing and editing content, managing channels (intranet, newsletters, Teams, digital signage), coordinating events, and tracking/reporting performance using Excel, AEM and Power BI. Manage end-to-end client lifecycle for UK intermediaries investing in various fund ranges. Act as primary client contact for onboarding, servicing, and account closure. Coordinate with Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to resolve issues, maintain data accuracy and controls, respond to trade queries, document procedures, and drive process improvements to ensure excellent client service.

Perform legal entity accounting and controls including month-end close, analytical review, general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, regulatory reporting support, investigations, and ad-hoc financial analysis while liaising with business finance and operations teams.

Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software within an agile team. Produce and review production-quality Python code, drive AI-assisted engineering practices, improve automation and operational stability, evaluate vendor architectures, and coach engineering teams on responsible AI, cloud-native patterns, CI/CD, and security.

Act as a trusted advisor to business heads to drive initiatives, manage projects, create presentations and dashboards, identify and mitigate business risks, and support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
