Lead credit risk assessment and ongoing monitoring for a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients across loans, derivatives and cash management. Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, industry analysis, structuring, negotiation and documentation. Exercise credit approval authority, mentor junior team members, liaise with origination and legal stakeholders, and support credit reporting and ad-hoc initiatives.

Manage diligence, risk grading, structuring, and monitoring of a diverse wholesale credit portfolio. Serve as Credit Officer for relationships, perform financial analysis and credit memos, set exposure appetite, approve trading activity, recommend structural mitigants, oversee legal negotiations, maintain credit research, mentor junior staff, lead efficiency projects, and participate in client due diligence.

Support end-to-end operational risk and control activities for Treasury and Chief Investment Office: assess risks, design and test controls, manage issues and regulatory change, support audits and exams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive control improvements.

Assess and manage credit risk for TMT clients across leveraged, investment grade and innovation segments. Perform due diligence, cash flow and financial modelling, prepare credit memos, recommend structures and gradings, negotiate documentation, monitor portfolio and sector trends, interact with stakeholders and coach junior colleagues.

Lead implementation and enforcement of data governance and risk management policies. Manage data quality remediation, metadata, lineage, stakeholder coordination, BCBS 239 compliance, metrics, training, and enablement across business and technology partners.

Serve as first point of contact for customers in a fraud call center, handling high call volumes, resolving account/fraud issues, navigating multiple systems, following regulatory procedures, and escalating non-standard cases to supervisors while maintaining empathy and accuracy.
