Lead analytics to detect and mitigate digital payment fraud across channels. Analyze large datasets, design experiments, build data-driven rules and automated processes, collaborate on fraud-fighting products, present insights to leadership, monitor trends, and measure financial impacts to reduce losses and improve customer experience.

Lead and execute UAT for business-critical risk initiatives: translate requirements into testable scenarios, create and run UAT plans, document results and defects, reconcile outcomes across test cycles, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process and tooling improvements including automation and AI-assisted testing to improve efficiency and quality.

Perform market-microstructure and algorithmic execution research: develop mathematical models for single-stock and portfolio execution, order placement and routing, build quantitative tools for order-flow analysis, optimize execution performance, and publish white papers to translate research into trading improvements.

Lead payments sales coverage for India-headquartered corporate and commercial clients. Develop and execute market/product strategies, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships and cross-sell with corporate bankers, deliver cash management, liquidity and trade solutions, lead multi-geography RFPs, negotiate documentation, and coordinate implementation with product and client service teams.

Develop, test, validate, and monitor statistical portfolio risk models (risk weights, forecasts, performance). Perform data extraction, sampling and advanced statistical analyses. Produce reproducible model development and validation code, and collaborate with business partners and model users to meet analysis and reporting needs.

Support integration of climate, nature, and social risk into firmwide risk frameworks by monitoring regulatory change, coordinating cross-functional implementation, producing stakeholder briefings, and enhancing risk analytics and reporting.

Provide independent advice and subject-matter expertise on counterparty credit exposure and margin methodologies. Challenge and validate exposure calculations, partner with QR, Technology, Credit Officers, sales and trading to improve methodologies and tools, support regulatory and audit matters, and contribute to firm-wide projects and framework rollouts for complex products and structures.
