Lead Corporate Finance governance programs and strengthen the firmwide control environment. Responsibilities include governance execution, quality assurance, risk and issue management, remediation, control effectiveness, executive reporting, KPI/KRI monitoring, stakeholder engagement, regulatory implementation, and process improvement. The role serves as a governance advisor and escalation point while coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Control Managers, and business partners to resolve issues and improve governance maturity.

Manages business operations for India-based finance teams, including headcount governance, budgeting, forecasting, spend controls, location strategy, risk management, analytics, MIS reporting, and executive presentations. Partner with finance, operations, controls, and technology teams on audits, risk assessments, data enablement, and process improvements while supporting leadership reviews and financial governance.

Manages regulatory finance data strategy and program initiatives across global regions. Responsibilities include data profiling, lineage mapping, governance, quality assessment, reconciliation, metadata management, requirements gathering, and regulatory reporting support. Partners with product, technology, and corporate teams to implement solutions, coordinate target operating models, improve processes, and deliver regulatory changes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and program management skills, with experience in financial services and data platforms.

Leads budgeting and forecasting, develops financial models, prepares management reports and presentations, analyzes forecast variances, conducts deep-dive financial analysis, and supports ad hoc projects. Collaborates with firmwide finance teams, business lines, senior management, and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate insights, recommendations, and recurring planning initiatives.

Develop data science, analytics, and AI/ML solutions for payments products. Analyze money movement, identify strategic use cases, build data assets and internal data-driven products, and integrate agentic AI workflows. Partner with product, sales, and global data science teams to improve revenue and client outcomes. Communicate insights to stakeholders and executives while applying consulting, program management, and technical skills across cloud and modern analytics platforms.

Prepare and review primary financial statements and notes per regulatory and accounting requirements for fund clients. Liaise with partner sites and stakeholders, ensure risk and control adherence, follow SOPs and checklists, support process improvements, collaborate with internal control, and manage initiatives while meeting tight deadlines.

Perform QA reviews of mortgage underwriting within Wealth Management to identify credit risk and control gaps, validate policy/regulatory adherence, analyze end-to-end credit transactions, document findings, recommend remediation, and support continuous improvement and related projects.

Support SRI banking teams by conducting deep research, financial valuations (DCF, comps, LBO), and building executive-ready pitchbooks. Apply AI/LLM methods, coordinate diligence, structure public-private financing, and produce committee materials to guide capital allocation and resilience-focused solutions.
