Work with Operations teams to identify manual, repetitive processes and build scalable automations using Alteryx and UiPath. Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows, integrate with Excel/Power BI/SharePoint, produce documentation and runbooks, and support handover to business-as-usual teams to improve efficiency, controls, and reduce operational risk.

Lead requirements definition and solution design for fund client onboarding and KYC/AML lifecycle. Perform current-state analysis, design target-state processes, manage stakeholders, support testing/UAT, and contribute to programme delivery and change management.

Design, build, document, version-control, and deploy Alteryx workflows. Complete citizen-development SDLC, manage architecture, inputs/outputs and permissions, and publish/schedule workflows on production Alteryx Server.

Handle exceptions in automated confirmation generation, support improvements to STP rates, manage confirms operations tasks, and work with confirms templates (Thunderhead experience a plus).

Supports finance and risk regulatory change initiatives as a business analyst. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, analyzing complex regulatory data models and high-volume datasets, designing functional solutions, identifying risks and trade-offs, supporting stakeholder decisions, and providing subject matter expertise. The role also involves working with Basel III/IV, PRA/COREP reporting, HSBC credit-risk data, SQL, Excel, Python, and Google Cloud Platform in complex global programs.

Leads FINREP regulatory reporting data validation and testing across multiple workstreams. Defines test strategies, plans, cases, frameworks, and coverage; manages testing teams; oversees execution, sign-offs, documentation, audit deliverables, and remediation readiness. Partners with business, IT, vendors, and program teams to ensure regulatory and business requirements are met, while reporting progress, risks, issues, and governance outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Leads independent IT controls testing across technology and operational risk areas, assessing control design and operating effectiveness. Reviews evidence, validates remediation and programme closure readiness, identifies control weaknesses and residual risks, prepares assurance reports, escalates issues, and presents findings to senior governance stakeholders. The role also enhances testing methodologies, maintains audit-ready documentation, and provides coaching and quality oversight to junior testers.

Document and implement new CRD6 regulatory reporting processes, including Third Country Branch, HU, and Ultimate HU workflows. Coordinate with finance teams and multiple stakeholders to define and agree processes, document Target Operating Models, and track project progress, risks, and issues.
