Leads pipeline and workflow development for complex visual effects and feature animation shows. Designs technical solutions, oversees show technology stacks, manages pipeline operations, mentors Pipeline TDs and ATDs, conducts code reviews, assigns development work, and collaborates with production, R&D, and supervisors. Ensures tools are scalable, reliable, well-documented, and effectively transferred to product development teams after production.

Develop and maintain VFX and feature animation pipeline tools and workflows, primarily using Python. Provide technical support to artists, collaborate with R&D and production teams, improve the studio pipeline, and mentor junior Pipeline TDs through tutorials and daily guidance.

Provides production application support, deployment, troubleshooting, incident handling, server hygiene, and customer issue resolution. Manages Windows and Linux environments, .NET applications hosted on IIS, databases, SSL certificates, cloud-hosted applications, and production monitoring. Coordinates deployments, testing, automation and migration scripts, escalations, documentation, and cross-team resolution efforts. The role requires 24/7 availability and strong analytical and communication skills.

Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting of enterprise services that track artists’ production tasks and provide actionable workflow, schedule, and cost data. Responsibilities include service architecture, data collection, documentation, playbook development, sprint reporting, production support, and collaboration with globally distributed teams.

Manage the planning and delivery of game levels while coordinating design, art, and code teams in India. Apply Agile practices, Unreal Engine workflows, and level streaming knowledge to organize production. Responsibilities include time and task management, prioritization, conflict resolution, and ensuring level production progresses effectively. A background in level design is preferred.

Designs and balances real-time PvE and PvP combat systems, including enemy behaviors, attack patterns, abilities, and progression curves. Requires action-game combat design experience and strong knowledge of game feel, timing, animation, and player input. Familiarity with Unreal Blueprints or similar scripting tools is needed. Martial arts or physics knowledge, mobile and PC experience, and understanding of networked multiplayer constraints are additional advantages.

Coordinate animated feature film production by supporting artists, production teams, and supervisors. Maintain schedules, databases, shot and element statuses; coordinate dailies, record notes, and manage information and materials flowing between artists, departments, and clients. The role requires clear communication, organization, adaptability, and the ability to meet short deadlines while learning production software and processes.

Develop and lead front-end implementation for DNEG’s browser-based Artist Tool. Responsibilities include designing UI concepts with architects and production stakeholders, translating designs into maintainable code, integrating backend services, resolving bugs and performance issues, establishing front-end development standards, reviewing code, and coordinating sprint work with distributed teams.
