Coordinate software projects, train administrators, students, and faculty, provide end-user support, diagnose and troubleshoot account and network issues, guide customers through resolutions, escalate unresolved problems to development teams, and participate in business meetings.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ML/AI solutions for LMS and student portals. Build recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive analytics, and data pipelines. Integrate models with web apps, support UAT, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordinate with product, tech teams, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable ML systems.

Coordinate and execute internal online assessments: schedule exams, manage secure upload and verification of question papers, liaise with faculty and students, verify marks, prepare and publish results, maintain confidential records, generate MIS reports, and improve exam processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Lead and manage all placement activities for MBA programs, build and sustain industry partnerships nationally and internationally, formulate placement policies, coordinate internships and live projects, organize corporate engagement events, develop promotional materials, and strengthen student employability through industry liaison and training initiatives.

Teach management and branding/advertising courses, deliver hands-on training in media buying and marketing automation tools, bridge theory and industry through case studies, real-world projects and practical applications leveraging professional experience.

Handle inbound/outbound admission calls, counsel prospective students and parents on programs and procedures, maintain inquiry records and ERP databases, coordinate with internal departments, draft correspondence, assist with admission events, and prepare reports using MS Office and ERP systems.
