Manage day-to-day contract administration for data centre projects, oversee claims and dispute resolution, maintain documentation and correspondence, advise project teams on contractual risks/opportunities, support reporting, meetings, project closeout, and liaise with legal and stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.

Lead execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, compliance, and schedule. Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams; manage master and short-term programmes, procurement for consultants, inspections, reporting, and documentation. Mentor junior staff, run stakeholder meetings, resolve issues, and produce project reports using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Oversee day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site, ensuring MEP designs are implemented to codes and safety standards. Manage setup, testing, and start-up of HVAC, piping, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and firefighting systems; monitor progress, budgets, and timelines; liaise with suppliers and contractors; prepare quality documentation and as-built drawings; conduct HSE risk assessments and site audits.

Lead bid management for Turner & Townsend India: drive proposal strategy, run go/no-go decisions, mobilise stakeholders, produce and/or edit tender responses, ensure compliance with bid governance and brand, support BD activities (research, interview coaching), report on pipeline and maintain bid content libraries.
