Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and budgets, control project costs across the lifecycle, analyze cost variances, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance, and stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure delivery within approved budgets.

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring. Maintain schedules and budgets, manage risk, coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliance, mentor junior staff, and produce performance reports.

Manage full lifecycle MEP delivery for data center projects: review and redesign MEP drawings, lead onsite MEP construction teams, coordinate vendors/subcontractors, interpret specifications/contracts, control costs and schedules, and ensure compliance with sustainability/LEED and company environmental policy.

Develop and manage project schedules and baseline programs, perform critical path analysis, produce progress reports and dashboards, integrate schedules with budgets and manpower plans, support claims and EOT submissions, coordinate stakeholders, ensure contractual compliance, and implement planning best practices across commercial projects.

Lead Korea finance operations including compliance with Korean tax and accounting standards, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, cash forecasting, intercompany reconciliations, and audit coordination. Act as key finance stakeholder for D365 implementation, drive process improvements and automation, maintain internal controls, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders and external advisors.

Lead electrical engineering for power distribution and building services, ensure compliance with functional safety and GMP/SHE standards, manage design contractors and deliverables, identify value engineering opportunities, support procurement and construction, and provide design assurance and technical guidance across project phases.
