The Senior Cost Manager will oversee cost governance for large-scale industrial projects, focusing on cost planning, project setup, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing project costs, and conducting commercial negotiations to ensure financial discipline in project delivery.

Serve as the primary client sustainability contact, defining and assuring KPIs across energy, embodied/operational carbon, water, and waste. Support Sustainability Delivery Plans, review contractor compliance, coordinate stage reviews and verification (LEED/BREEAM), and compile KPI tracking data to ensure client standards and stage-gate objectives are met.

Lead and manage civil, structural and architectural (CSA) design and construction for a data centre. Coordinate design reviews, validate structural calculations and drawings, drive value engineering, oversee site works and inspections, resolve technical issues, manage tenders and consultants, enforce quality, ensure code compliance, track risks and deliverables, support commissioning, and prepare progress reports and handover documentation.

Serve as the primary business-facing Change Champion for the RES Appian system, providing frontline user support, trainings, communication, liaison across PAO/RES/GSO, maintaining feedback and improvement logs, and delivering monthly adoption reports. Support implementation of Appian phases and promote ongoing user adoption across International and Americas regions.

Lead execution of small-to-medium commercial construction and workplace fit-out projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, governance, stakeholders, and project teams to meet KPIs and compliance.

Validate and control project cost estimates and budgets across the project lifecycle. Analyze cost variances, consolidate accurate estimates, support decision-making with financial insights, collaborate with project teams, and manage/mentor cost engineers to ensure projects deliver within approved budgets.

Manage multi-modal transport of equipment and materials from manufacture to construction sites. Provide freight cost estimates, develop routing guides and traffic instructions, coordinate customs clearance, negotiate specialized carrier agreements, support special on-site movements, and handle claims and supplier transportation evaluations to ensure cost-effective, timely logistics for energy projects.

Lead cost management for large-scale data centre MEP packages, driving cost control, commercial strategy, estimating, procurement support, contract management (NEC/FIDIC), reporting, and team leadership across design, construction and commissioning phases.

Lead execution of commercial workplace construction and fit-out projects, managing schedule, cost, quality, safety, procurement, stakeholder engagement, site coordination, reporting, and development of junior team members.

Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules; coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams; monitor progress and deviations; implement corrective actions; prepare schedule updates, earned value analysis and reports; facilitate planning workshops and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety policies.
