Manage interior MEP fit-out projects from requirements through handover: build and lead project teams, define scope/schedule/budgets, coordinate resources, mitigate risks, track progress, and maintain client stakeholder relationships while reporting status to management.

Requires strong organization, accounting knowledge, Excel and ERP proficiency, and fluency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities include project planning, procurement, stakeholder and contractor coordination, scope, schedule, risk, safety, compliance, quality, change control, reporting, governance, and project documentation. The role acts as the client representative, leads project meetings, coordinates consultants and contractors, and supports programme and commercial management within a regulated project environment.
