Leads financial management and governance for capital expenditure projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow control, financial modeling, KPI analysis, procurement oversight, audits, close-out, and vendor negotiations. Partners with CFOs, procurement teams, business units, and project leaders to ensure compliance, cost optimization, value realization, and accurate executive reporting.
