Design and iterate end-to-end UX: define product flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys. Conduct and document user research and testing, collaborate with PMs, engineers, and visual designers, capture edge cases and states, and ensure UX aligns with product roadmap.

Lead UI/UX design work across web and mobile, create wireframes and interface designs, direct usability testing, provide creative QA and mentorship, run client presentations, and deliver responsive/PWA-ready design assets and specifications.

Create compelling copy across print, digital, social, video and broadcast. Manage day-to-day client accounts and coordinate projects from planning to completion. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, email, social, database marketing, and advertising. Create and optimize landing pages and user funnels, run conversion tests, measure campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, and produce accurate campaign reporting. Collaborate with creative and internal teams to drive growth and improve end-to-end customer experience.
