Lead cross-functional revenue and product growth strategy by analyzing performance, identifying monetization and adoption opportunities, building business cases, and driving strategic initiatives from ideation through execution. Align Product, Finance, GTM, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, establish operating rhythms and success metrics, monitor outcomes, and improve planning and prioritization to drive measurable revenue and adoption gains.

Lead a 10-15 engineer team to design, build, and scale the Custom Objects platform: architect distributed systems, ensure reliability and observability, ship high-quality APIs/UI integrations, hire and mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive extensibility and platform adoption.

Lead the product for HighLevel's commerce operations: orders, subscriptions, transactions/ledger, inventory, taxation, coupons, gift cards, and fulfillment. Lead development and optimization of the Workflows Module to improve activation, time-to-value, retention, and usability. Identify high-impact opportunities, simplify builder UX, expand templates and entry points, convert support insights into product fixes, track performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship scalable automation features that drive adoption and engagement.

Build and scale AI-driven workflow features: integrate AI into Email/SMS/code actions, implement RAG and knowledge-base solutions, develop data extraction, text-to-voice, and analysis tools, optimize low-latency APIs, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead mobile test automation for Flutter iOS and Android apps.
