Drive client adoption and usage of YuCollect’s collections solutions, monitor usage, conduct training and check-ins, troubleshoot issues, and improve client satisfaction. Build trusted client relationships, provide domain expertise, handle objections, and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The role requires extensive travel and strong knowledge of the collections industry, along with local-language fluency.

Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, configure platforms for client onboarding, support data migration, create test cases, facilitate UAT and go-live, maintain documentation, and provide post-launch client support.
