Lead development and execution of an executive branding and communications program for the COO. Create thought leadership content, manage social media and speaking opportunities, coordinate with PR and internal teams, draft internal executive communications, and measure brand and media impact to amplify the COO and company presence.

Lead technical strategy and execution for partner-led ITSM and automation deals: design architectures, run POCs/workshops, integrate APA with enterprise apps, coach partner SEs, build reusable partner assets, engage C-suite, and escalate complex technical issues to close strategic opportunities.
