Assist the Global Project Quotation Team in preparing techno-commercial valve quotations: extract valve data, organize sizing and selection spreadsheets, maintain specifications, and learn valve actuator automation. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Support project documentation lifecycle: collect, prepare, upload and manage technical documents in DMS (Kronodoc); create cover sheets and indexes; submit for customer approval; manage revisions and final deliveries; coordinate printing, translations, and communications with project teams and customers; suggest process improvements and assist Documentation Engineers.

Responsible for technical parts of project quotations: selecting, sizing, and pricing control valves and field equipment from customer datasheets and P&ID diagrams; ensuring technical correctness, quotation scheduling, documentation, and supporting sales negotiations.
