Lead end-to-end AI architecture and delivery for commercial initiatives: design RAG and agent systems, select/configure LLMs, build data and MLOps pipelines, write production-quality code, mentor engineers, partner with business stakeholders, and champion responsible AI practices to scale commercial AI solutions.

Lead design, development, and deployment of marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and agentic AI solutions to quantify marketing ROI, optimize budgets, mentor analytics teams, and translate insights for commercial stakeholders.

Lead strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations for enterprise authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless, federation) across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Collaborate with security, cloud, dev, and business teams; manage vendor selection, incident response, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, SOX, GxP), KPIs, and user experience improvements while leading and scaling IAM engineering and operations.

Serve as HR Business Partner supporting talent programs, performance and succession processes, employee lifecycle, engagement surveys, and HR systems. Drive AI/digital HR adoption, coach managers, partner with COEs and business leaders to build high-performance culture.
