Draft, negotiate and manage ISDA and related derivative, prime brokerage and stock-lending documentation for EMEA clients. Review client constitutional documents and legal opinions, coordinate approvals with Risk and Legal, manage contract lifecycle and databases, handle stakeholder queries, and participate in documentation projects.

Design, backtest and implement equity and multi-asset systematic strategies and indices; monitor and maintain live indices; perform scenario analysis, performance attribution, reporting, and client-facing documentation.

Support the Treasury quantitative strategies team by developing and maintaining P&L, risk, NII, liquidity, funds transfer pricing, hedge accounting models and monitoring tools. Collaborate with Business, IT, and model control to deliver regulatory and internal finance deliverables, analysis, and advisory support.

The External Reporting Associate/Director will manage financial reporting responsibilities, adhere to regulatory standards, improve processes, and lead deliverables within the External Reporting team.

Provide litigation support for subpoenas, arbitrations, complaints and regulatory matters: retrieve, organize, redact, stage and produce documents; perform QC, reporting, SLA/queue management, and present process-improvement updates to management.

Lead design, development and end-to-end ownership of bespoke automation tools for complex client processes. Partner with executives, business users and technology teams to document requirements, build scalable solutions, manage project plans, train users, and perform analysis and testing. Balance hands-on development (20-30% coding) with BA, PM, testing and people-management responsibilities.

This role involves drafting, negotiating, and executing master derivatives agreements and supporting documentation for OTC transactions and prime brokerage in the Asia-Pacific region.
