Manages labour and statutory compliance documentation for customer projects and subcontractors. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting records, tracking remarks and approvals, reviewing documents against compliance checklists, supporting audits, guiding subcontractors, addressing non-compliance, and maintaining requirements related to BOCW, CLRA, ISMW, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, minimum wages, and labour laws.

Manage and grow key retail accounts across West and South India for RFID and IoT solutions. Develop sales funnels, lead complex techno-commercial opportunities, engage CXOs and consultants, design solution architectures, respond to RFPs and tenders, negotiate orders, build solution-partner ecosystems, and support delivery-team capability development. The role requires strong retail-domain knowledge, RFID and IoT expertise, business-development skills, and the ability to drive revenue, margin, and market expansion.

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue across the assigned territory by positioning Tyco Security Solutions as an integrated security OEM. Manage strategic verticals, develop partner ecosystems, respond to RFPs/tenders, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with pre-sales, product, and support teams to deliver complex solution sales.

Enable regional sales by mapping and engaging stakeholders, populating pipeline in SFDC, identifying and influencing large HVAC/chiller opportunities at concept stage, supporting tenders with technical inputs, organizing presentations and site visits, breaking competitor accounts, and serving as a regional subject-matter expert on chillers and HVAC systems.

Lead and manage India compliance programs including anti-corruption, anti-trust, third-party due diligence, investigations, training, remediation, M&A due diligence, and policy implementation. Advise senior management, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, run compliance committees, monitor risks, and improve compliance analytics, training, and controls to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in India.

Lead solution development and stakeholder engagement to grow favorable pipeline for YORK chillers and HVAC solutions. Map and cultivate consultants, end-users, contractors; engage early in projects, populate SFDC, support bids with technical inputs, organize site visits and presentations, and provide market feedback to senior management as an HVAC SME to increase hit rate and regional footprint.

Provide pre-sales technical leadership for chiller solutions across enterprise accounts in APAC. Manage application engineering lifecycle, develop Basis of Design, value-engineer solutions, collaborate with factories/global product teams, mentor staff, and support product-gap analysis and field product management.
