Twelve-month finance apprenticeship in Mumbai supporting Citi’s Controllers and FP&A teams. The role provides training and hands-on experience in financial reporting, controls, reconciliations, regulatory processes, data analysis, forecasting, process improvement, and finance transformation. Apprentices will analyze financial data, identify trends, support deliverables, collaborate across global teams, and work shifts while developing corporate finance and accounting expertise.

Reviews approved KYC records across client types for correctness, completeness, and consistency. Reports deficiencies, performs root cause analysis, provides stakeholder feedback, supports remediation and continuous improvement initiatives, and tracks operational quality and productivity targets. The role also manages projects, presents updates to senior management, and partners with KYC Operations, Compliance, and related teams.

Reviews public-domain obligor information and recommends Basel counterparty classifications for risk-weighted asset calculations. Provides evidence to second-line risk and control teams, supports audits, and contributes to regulatory reporting initiatives. The role requires banking and risk-control knowledge, analytical and data-querying skills, stakeholder collaboration, project delivery, and proficiency with Excel, Tableau, SQL, and data-mining tools.

Leads marketing campaign programs from planning through execution, coordinating internal teams, testing, audits, legal and creative approvals, issue resolution, budgeting, invoicing, and compliance. Uses analytics to recommend decisions and supports acquisition growth and customer engagement initiatives. Requires strong project management, communication, organization, problem-solving, and financial-services marketing experience.

Leads and supports multiple non-financial regulatory reporting change initiatives, including new regulation implementation, reporting automation, remediation, and control framework development. Coordinates cross-functional teams across operations, technology, compliance, legal, finance, and front office functions. Establishes project governance, facilitates working groups, manages risks, documents requirements and testing artifacts, resolves stakeholder conflicts, and ensures delivery meets regulatory, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.

Conduct periodic KYC reviews for corporate and institutional clients across APAC. Verify documentation using internal systems, public records, World-Check, and LexisNexis; assess ownership structures and client risk ratings; maintain accurate records and audit trails; liaise with stakeholders to obtain missing information; escalate suspicious activity and high-risk issues; monitor AML, CFT, and KYC regulations; and support process-improvement initiatives.

Supports Citi’s internal KYC and AML program by preparing, maintaining, validating, and approving KYC records and Customer Identification Program documentation. Partners with Relationship Management and Compliance teams, gathers information from internal and external sources, ensures adherence to regulatory and internal standards, tracks workflow progress, maintains the BSU tool, and escalates control or risk issues appropriately.

Supports Citi’s internal KYC program by preparing and maintaining KYC records, conducting due diligence, validating CIP documentation, incorporating regulatory requirements, updating workflow systems, monitoring progress, and escalating compliance or control issues. Partners with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to ensure accurate approvals, risk assessment, regulatory adherence, and effective record governance.

Conduct client KYC profile reviews, validate documentation against regulations and company standards, update records, follow up on outstanding information, monitor KYC approvals and expirations, support remediation planning, and escalate compliance or control issues. The role supports AML monitoring, governance, regulatory reporting, risk assessment, and adherence to banking policies.

Owns the end-to-end development lifecycle for issuer services products, including product vision, roadmaps, requirements, business cases, releases, governance, controls, and compliance. Partners with sales, technology, business managers, and global stakeholders to define solutions, analyze market and client needs, prioritize features, and deliver business results. The role also oversees reporting, data investigations, risk management, and cross-functional project execution.
