Build stakeholder relationships, present value propositions, collaborate with internal teams, maintain product expertise, and provide accurate forecasts and CRM records to meet revenue targets.

Leads APAC sales enablement by coaching sellers and managers, facilitating training, localizing global programs, and advising regional sales leadership. Diagnoses performance gaps using pipeline and conversion data, develops readiness plans, supports new-hire ramp, and applies AI-enabled tools to improve coaching and content localization. Partners with global enablement, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and channel teams to improve seller skills, pipeline quality, productivity, and win rates. Travel is approximately 20%.
