Sell and support chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments across APJ/SEA. Develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, support account managers, run forecasts, introduce new products, provide technical expertise and training, engage KOLs, and drive revenue growth through regional customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Develop and support SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA, including RICEFW development, integrations, forms, workflows, enhancements, debugging, and performance optimization. Translate business requirements into technical designs, support testing and deployments, manage transports, and provide production support. Collaborate with SAP functional, Basis, and Security teams across global business areas while applying secure coding and development standards.

Provides internal support for Workday and other HR systems through ticket resolution, data audits, mass data loads, troubleshooting, and process improvement. The role researches system issues, implements resolutions, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and updates work instructions. It requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, customer service, and attention to detail in an office-based second-shift environment.

Supports business and technology initiatives by analyzing processes, gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Facilitates workshops and stakeholder meetings, performs data analysis and reporting, supports agile project delivery, and conducts user acceptance testing. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and deliver business solutions.
