Develop threat-protection strategies, architect and troubleshoot complex routing (BGP/OSPF/MPLS), ensure high availability and compliance, integrate Nokia SR-series routers and Aruba WiFi, optimize wired/wireless performance, document designs, and mentor junior team members.

Design, implement, and optimize scalable WAN, LAN, lab, and Campus WiFi network architectures. Ensure high availability and performance, architect and troubleshoot advanced routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), deploy VLANs and switching, manage Aruba WiFi and Nokia SR-series routers, build secure lab environments, document designs, and enforce network standards and best practices.

Provide L2 fault management and advanced troubleshooting for network incidents, perform root-cause analysis, field dispatch coordination, create/validate MOPs, review network designs, guide major incident response, support post-change validation, and document findings and improvements.

Troubleshoot network issues, perform field dispatch and service desk activities, conduct fault investigations, and ensure effective network change implementation while adhering to best practices.

Create high-quality, customer-focused technical documentation for complex broadband/fixed-network products. Independently manage documentation schedules and team efforts, collaborate with PLM/R&D/Test to gather technical content, and deliver web-based publications using AsciiDoc/XML/Markdown and tools like Arbortext/Oxygen. Align documentation with SDLC/DDLC, structured writing principles, Agile and DevOps workflows, single-sourcing practices, and use Jira/Confluence/GitHub for content lifecycle management.
