Lead and optimize the BU Create process for Broadband Devices, drive continuous improvement via a process improvement board, manage metrics and portfolio delivery, implement AI transformation and scaled Agile, mentor operations teams, and use Power BI, Jira, and Confluence for analysis and process management.

Lead cost control, supplier management, BOM governance, forecasting, and process improvements. Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain to drive cost reduction, ensure compliance for tariffs/licenses/royalties, manage multi-source BOM risks, and support shipment planning and execution while building cross-functional partnerships.

Develop and maintain in-house design tools (database and UI), manage portfolio and supplier/delivery data, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and lead/mentor operations staff.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Identity Fabric transformation—overseeing PAM, IGA, AM, IV, non-human identity governance, vendor management, migration from legacy systems, risk and financial control, executive stakeholder alignment, and adoption to improve security posture and measurable business outcomes.

Lead product development programs for Optical Transport solutions, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, adherence to schedules, and quality standards.
