Provides customer-facing technical leadership for complex Cisco Data Center environments. Resolves Nexus, ACI, UCS, networking, virtualization, and storage issues; conducts root-cause analyses; develops remediation and prevention plans; analyzes operational trends; and coordinates Cisco teams during critical incidents. The role also supports deployments and migrations, delivers technical reviews, maintains executive customer relationships, creates reusable tools and documentation, and occasionally travels for high-impact engagements.

Serve as trusted technical advisor to strategic partners, design and present end-to-end Cisco Security architectures, lead workshops/POCs/demos, enable partner technical readiness, collaborate with sales and channel teams, and drive partner-led security transformations focused on Zero Trust, SASE, cloud and digital resilience.
