Client facing role in Mumbai administering RHEL setup for a large PSU. Providing RCA, resolving L2 tickets, creating SOPs, and supporting day-to-day operations. Managing deployments, updates, security controls, troubleshooting, user management, patches, and stakeholder collaboration. Requires 5+ years of Linux/UNIX admin experience, Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, RH certification, good troubleshooting skills, L2 support experience, and excellent communication skills.

Responsible for customer success planning and technical engagements to ensure customers realize value from Red Hat products. Develop success plans, lead discussions with senior executives, collaborate with internal teams, and remove technical blockers for customers.
