Provides technical and administrative support for engineering and equipment project teams. Responsibilities include completing training, supporting Material Analyst activities, entering purchase requisitions and goods receipts in SAP, processing freight and storage invoices, resolving support issues, collaborating cross-functionally, and meeting delivery turnaround targets.

Develop and support cybersecurity automation across Cortex XSOAR and Splunk. Build integrations, automated workflows, playbooks, and security data-source onboarding processes while improving SOC efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Insider Risk, and SOC teams. Maintain internal and third-party tools, manage competing requests, and develop software using Python, web frameworks, Linux, Git, SQL, and front-end technologies.

Leads strategic sourcing and project procurement for infrastructure and maintenance requirements. Responsibilities include category strategy, tendering, supplier and subcontractor management, negotiations, cost optimization, contract administration, risk mitigation, procure-to-pay governance, and delivery support. Partners with engineering, project, finance, legal, quality, HSE, operations, logistics, and site teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and timely procurement. Oversees supplier performance, long-lead items, commercial closure, and procurement reporting using digital tools.

Drive financial performance analysis across pricing, orders, revenue, margins, costs, cash flow, and conversion. Support forecasting, annual planning, risk and opportunity reviews, variance analysis, and leadership operating reviews. Generate actionable insights, improve financial processes through standardization and automation, and oversee accruals, intercompany recharges, recurring reports, and executive presentations. Partner closely with finance, operations, functional leaders, global customers, and cross-functional teams.

Independently execute control systems projects including hardware/software design, graphics and onsite commissioning. Design/engineer and commission fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems. Work with SCADA and multiple system interfaces, networking/ICT, and use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Ensure scope clarity, quality compliance, multi-platform support, and project closeout. Mentor junior engineers, engage with customers/dealers, identify process improvements, and contribute billable hours.

Designs and executes field instrumentation projects, including instrument specifications, datasheets, control valve and instrument sizing, vendor evaluations, drawings, inspection plans, testing, calibration, installation supervision, DCS/PLC startup, and instrument loop checks. Collaborates with project, manufacturing, commercial, and site teams while ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Owns end-to-end freight payment processes, coordinating with freight forwarders, validating invoices against contractual rates, tracking payment status, resolving issues, and ensuring timely carrier payments. Reviews transport invoicing performance, prepares weekly payment reports, tracks supply chain KPIs, and leads process improvements to reduce costs and cycle time. Requires logistics experience in import/export operations, cross-functional collaboration, project execution, and supply chain analytics.

Manage HBS Airports P&L (~$100M), lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly operational reviews. Drive commercial finance metrics, oversee HBS R&D budget, partner with regional and functional leaders, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable tasks including PO and non-PO invoice processing, vendor communication, month-end AP activities, GRIR reconciliation, aged balance analysis, and reporting. Support P2P process improvements, ensure SOX/compliance adherence, participate in audits, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and stakeholders. Provide helpdesk support and continuously pursue process standardization and personal development.

Manage APAC payroll and time & attendance data, ensure timely, accurate payroll processing, handle Tier 1 employee queries and ticketing, maintain payroll controls and reconciliations, support year-end activities, and partner with third-party payroll vendors.
