The Technical Account Manager at Broadridge is responsible for enhancing client satisfaction, tracking service requests, supporting account growth, and implementing operational improvements.

Coordinate and execute FIX connectivity onboarding and certification for clients, troubleshoot logs and UNIX environments, communicate status, work with dev/test/deploy teams, and support equities and futures/options certification including algos. Apply scripting knowledge to assist troubleshooting.

Develop and enhance full-stack solutions and APIs for electronic trading systems, create reusable client customizations, improve regression testing, support global onboarding, troubleshoot client issues, and collaborate with regional teams using Java/Python on Linux and standard SDLC tools.
