Creates and maintains test cases, test data, documentation, and evidence; investigates root causes; manages defects; and collaborates with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Supports quality governance, sign-offs, reporting, and continuous improvement across digital technology delivery.

Leads the global data governance technology roadmap, including cataloging, lineage, analytics enablement, compliance, platform integrations, and AI readiness. The role manages tools such as Collibra and Alation, drives enterprise lineage strategy, partners with business and technology stakeholders, mentors teams, and supports master data management and GenAI governance initiatives across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
