Owns internal customer support and adoption for Internal Audit products, including ticket triage, enablement, feedback governance, service monitoring, access management, incident communications, AI/ML governance, and data quality management. The role contributes to Basel and local regulatory reporting modernization, system implementation, process improvement, and end-to-end test execution.

Leads budgeting and forecasting, develops financial models, analyzes forecast variances, and prepares management presentations for senior leadership and the Board. Partners with firmwide finance, business, and support teams to deliver recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis. Conducts deep-dive reviews, identifies root causes, recommends solutions, and maintains stakeholder relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Extracts, prepares, validates, audits, and delivers large customer data sets for survey targeting and customer satisfaction insights. Uses SQL, Python, Snowflake, Oracle, and analytical tools to identify customer interactions, create representative samples, and produce recurring data files within SLAs. Defines requirements, designs and tests survey data solutions, documents workflows, explains code logic, and collaborates with data management, strategy, and analytics teams.

Leads CIB capital stress testing, CCAR and FR Y-14 regulatory reporting, legal-entity budgeting and forecasting, earnings disclosures, competitor analysis, controls, and process improvements. Partners across Risk, Finance, Treasury, Technology, and Data to deliver accurate forecasts, regulatory submissions, and executive-level insights. Oversees financial models, performance monitoring, governance, and change management while communicating complex results to senior leadership.
