Support implementation of new regulations and business process improvements for EMEA regulatory reporting. Define scope, document requirements, plan and execute UAT, manage issues/risks, coordinate test environments, obtain sign-offs, and collaborate across India, London, and Warsaw to ensure regulatory obligations are met.

Drive engineering standards, production excellence, observability, performance tuning, secure coding, and AI-assisted development adoption. Mentor engineers and collaborate with quant, trading, risk, and production teams to meet SLAs and operational readiness.

Support equity research analysts by formatting, collating, and publishing reports using predefined templates; ensure timely, compliant dissemination, maintain SOPs and controls, assist with events and conferences, and adapt to rotating night shifts while driving process improvements.

Support corporate FP&A forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and management reporting. Produce variance analysis, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. Partner across finance, controllers, and investor relations to deliver timely, accurate financial insights and drive automation improvements.

Provide high-level executive administrative support for Corporate & Investment Banking: manage complex calendars, travel, expense processing, phone coverage, confidential correspondence, and produce client-ready PowerPoint presentations using firm templates. Prioritize competing deadlines, act independently, assist with special projects and back-up coverage, and ensure professional representation and discretion for senior management.
