Drives go-to-market planning, technology benchmarking, pilot launches, channel readiness, partner enablement, internal and partner training, product adoption, and brand positioning for the Door Hardware and Digital Locks category.

Owns end-to-end financial controllership across reporting, statutory and tax compliance, SAP finance systems, internal controls, treasury, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics. The role manages audits, ensures financial integrity across headquarters and manufacturing facilities, supports pricing and margin decisions, oversees finance teams, and partners with senior leadership, auditors, banks, tax advisors, sales, supply chain, and operations.

Lead private-sector HTLS conductor sales across Western and Central India, owning order-book growth, margins, pipeline, and full-cycle business development. Build relationships with utilities, DISCOMs, industrial customers, consultants, and EPC contractors. Drive specification-led selling, support connectivity and load-sanction approvals, develop reconductoring opportunities, and coordinate engineering and pricing teams to deliver commercially viable conductor solutions. Extensive travel to plant sites, customer locations, and utility offices is required.
