Generates and qualifies leads through telephone, cold calling, and digital platforms; maintains customer databases; creates campaigns and proposals; follows up on orders; processes opportunities below INR 500,000; and develops enterprise relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires techno-commercial sales skills, account planning, opportunity management, target achievement, negotiation, and knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, and data center solutions.

Supports enterprise firewall and network security operations through dashboard monitoring, basic troubleshooting, incident triage, ticket handling, VPN monitoring, firewall rule implementation, backups, documentation, and escalation to L2/L3 teams.
